Geostat: 62.8% of Companies Operating in Georgia Do Not Use Social Media
National Statistics Office of Georgia conducted a research on Internet access rate in the private sector.
According to the report, 95% of the companies had access to the Internet in 2021. 4.1% of enterprises used e-commerce, of which 81% were sales to private customers (B2C), 16.8% were sales to other enterprises (B2B), and 2.2% were sales to the public sector (B2G).
As for the social media, 28.5% of the companies used Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms, while 62.8% did not use social media channels at all.
