Georgian National Symphony Orchestra Created Composition of EU and Georgian Anthems

Exclusively for Europe Day, a musical composition of EU and Georgian anthems has been composed, - the information is spread by the EU Delegation to Georgia.

As Imedinews was told by the EU Delegation, the composition is an original fusion of the last part of the Georgian National Anthem of Georgia and Ludwig van Beethoven's 9th Symphony.

The composition was created by the Evgeni Mikeladze Georgian National Symphony Orchestra and its artistic director and chief conductor, Nikoloz Rachveli.

The work will be disseminated by the EU Delegation through social media channels today at 17:00.

More than 100 musicians took part in the performance, including the Guram Kurashvili Abkhazian State Chapel under the direction of Zviad Bolkvadze, the young, outstanding composer and pianist Tsotne Zedginidze, and the Zakaria Paliashvili Central Music School "Talented Students' Decade".
