Georgia to Conduct 1000 PCR Tests Daily From Now on

Ekaterine Tikaradze declared, that Georgia will conduct 1000 PCR tests daily from today onwards.

"Nowadays, Georgia has one of the leading positions of how we are going to prevent the virus from spreading and in case of detecting it - how to treat it medically. According to this, we think, that aggressive testing does not have any defect. We made a decision to conduct 1000 PCR tests daily according to the guideline, which will be asserted by coordinating council today.", declared Ekaterine Tikaradze.

She also noted, that at this moment, 29 hospitals are mobilized in Georgia, which are equipped technically to successfully maintain coronavirus pandemic.
