Flag of Georgia's First Republic and National Emblem to become Monuments of Cultural Heritage

The national flag of Georgia's first republic and national emblem has become part of cultural heritage. The statement is already signed by the supervisor of the National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation of Georgia.

According to the documentation presented by Georgian national archive and the State Council of Heraldry at the Parliament of Georgia and stated by Nikoloz Antidze, Head of the National Agency for the Preservation of the Cultural Heritage of Georgia, Georgian national flag and emblem became part of the cultural heritage on the 28 June 2019.
