Chess Player Giga Kuparadze becomes Champion of the International Tournament

The international online tournament chess.com held on the international chess platform Titled Tuesday Blitz ended with a brilliant victory of Giga Kuparadze.

The Georgian grandmaster defeated Hikaru Nakamura, the leader of the United States team in the final round of lightning chess, and gained ten points out of eleven and was half a point ahead of the second-placed Nakamura.

The tournament was held according to the Swiss system and 747 chess players from 68 countries took part in it. Titled Tuesday Blitz is held every Tuesday and is the most representative competition in the virtual chess space. However, only chess players with international titles take part in it.
