Winery Khareba to Launch Project in Kvareli

"Winery Khareba" plans to launch project in the village of Sabue, Kvareli Municipality.

The company purchased non-agricultural land of 41,907 sq.m. from the state in the village. The total amount of this investment was 339,000 GEL.

According to the agreement, "Winery Khareba" must implement an investment project of at least 3 million GEL on the land in no more than 36 months. Also, within no more than one month after signing the contract with the state, the compensation amount of unused minerals in the budget - 13726.8 must be paid.

"Winery Khareba" has more than 1500 hectares of vineyard, where unique Georgian and European vine varieties are cultivated. Currently, wine is produced in Kakheti and Imereti regions. The company also owns its own wine stores.
