Can you tell us about the user needs that prompted the creation of Voovly?
While shaping the Voovly brand, we dedicated our resources to understanding the woes of car owners. Our research highlighted an overwhelming mistrust of mechanics and a shortage of expert professionals as key issues. Voovly came into existence with the objective of transforming this status quo into a relationship of trust between the car owner and the platform. Our digital solution allows users to conveniently avail themselves of any services related to vehicle maintenance and repair from the comfort of their homes or offices, doing away with the need to physically visit service centers or search for auto parts.
