"Volvo Car Caucasus" Clinches Excellence Club Award for the Second Consecutive Year

"Volvo Car Caucasus" has once again distinguished itself on the international stage, securing the prestigious Excellence Club award at the Volvo Cars EMEA annual business conference in Barcelona.

The company's remarkable performance in 2023, including meeting sales targets, expanding market share, adhering to Volvo Cars' global standards, implementing various systems, receiving positive customer feedback, and offering a diverse range of services, outshone more experienced global competitors.

Gaga Kokhreidze, the director of "Volvo Car Caucasus," expressed pride in the company's achievements, noting, "The Excellence Club award, encompassing around 30 criteria, saw us excel in almost all aspects for the second consecutive time. It's a rare feat for an importer to win this accolade two years in a row, and we're thrilled to have achieved it."

The Excellence Club award is akin to an "Oscar" in the Volvo community, symbolizing the pinnacle of success. By securing this award twice in a row, "Volvo Car Caucasus" has demonstrated that its operations are in perfect alignment with the high standards and principles set by its Swedish parent company.

Notably, at the business conference in Barcelona, "Volvo Car Georgia" also received the Operational Leader award for the successful inauguration of their new showroom.

"The positive reception of our new Volvo Retail Experience showroom played a significant role in us earning the Operational Leader award," shared Gaga Kokhreidze.

The 1,200-square-meter showroom merges exhibition and service areas, showcasing a wide array of Volvo models and accessories. Customers can explore different models, customize their preferences, and enjoy test drives. The service center, embodying the Volvo Retail Experience concept, mirrors the showrooms found in Sweden, making it a first of its kind in the Caucasus region.

Part of "Tegeta Holding," "Volvo Car Caucasus" has been the official importer of the "Volvo" brand in Transcaucasia and Central Asia since 2019. The company supplies premium cars in Georgia, Uzbekistan, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, offering a range of SUVs, sedans, and station wagons, including plug-in hybrids and latest models with internal combustion engines. Customers also benefit from digital shopping experiences, including a 360-degree website view and a configurator for building custom models, all facilitated by "Volvo Car Caucasus."
