The Final Stage of the Georgian Youth Business Cup 2019 to be held in Tbilisi

The winners of the Georgian Youth Business Cup 2019 will be awarded on September 30, 2019.

The competition is organized jointly by the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Georgia, an international audit company PKF Georgia and Lithuanian Development Cooperation, which aims to develop and enhance business management skills among young people.

The first stage of the competition lasted for a week and involved 200 participants aged 25 to 35 years. Contestants could participate either individually or in teams of 2 people.

The competition was based on a virtual online business environment called Simformer Business Simulation, where participants ran a company in a virtual business simulator designed to develop business management and planning skills. Contestants were able to enter the competition from anywhere with an internet connection. The best performers have entered the second stage of the competition, which will begin on September 30 at Vake Park Media Center.

High-profile event participants will be assembled in one area and will pass 8 competition rounds. It should be noted that during the second stage they will have live support when they receive online support from the trainers in the first stage of the competition.

In the final part of the event 3 winners will be awarded cash prizes. At the awards ceremony, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to Georgia Giedrius Pojunas and Managing Partner of PKF Georgia David Gvetadze will deliver a speech.
