Tamuna Sharashenidze, the President of the Federation of Beauty Salons, positively assesses the decision to develop strict guidelines for beauty salons.

According to her, the regulations on salons should also be imposed in a non-coronavirus situation. As Tamuna Sharashenidze told Business Partner, the developed guidelines will solve the questionable situation in underground salons.

"In many cases, many salons did not even have elementary sterilization. Consequently, the fact is that such salons should not function. Maybe the situation caused by coronavirus will be useful and these regulations will be finally established, ”said Tamuna Sharashenidze

She considers, that the established regulations should be taken into account by all beauty salons. As for the employees of the salons, those businesses who will not be able to meet the requirements and will have to close, and employees will be transferred to different salons.

"There is a demand for professionals in the market. You need a good professional everywhere and they will not be left unemployed. The most important thing is that the regulations are met and the fact that a certain part of the salons will be closed is not a reason for economic collapse, ”said Tamuna Sharashenidze.
