Tegeta Holding Appoints Ekaterine Kavtaradze as New CEO
Ekaterine Kavtaradze has been named the new CEO of Tegeta Holding, marking the first time in the company’s nearly 30-year history that it is led by a woman.
Before joining Tegeta Holding, Kavtaradze held various management positions in the healthcare industry, including roles at "Medalpha," the National Center for Disease Control, "Evex Hospitals," and "Vian." With 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, she is now stepping into the auto industry.
Kavtaradze views her new role as both a challenge and an opportunity. After one month as CEO, she already has a clear vision for the company's development. She believes that Tegeta's biggest strength lies in the professionalism of its team and their drive for success.
"Working at Tegeta is full of both interest and challenges," she said. "Tegeta Holding is a standout with its history and development. As a leader, I feel a great responsibility, but also strong motivation. I’m committed to creating an environment where every Tegeta employee can reach their full potential and where our customers' experience with Tegeta is pleasant and desirable."
