Tbilisi Government Announces Auction for Arranging Recreation-Youth Space on Radio Factory Territory

Tbilisi Government has announced auction for arranging a recreation-youth space on the territory of Radio Factory in Mukhiani, Tbilisi, the city hall mayor Kakha Kaladze noted.

The municipality had hired Colliers company for developing a corresponding concept and we have jointly prepared a concept and project, Kakha Kaladze said.

„Investment value of the project exceeds 20 million GEL. We conducted a lot of meetings with business sector representatives and introduced our visions. We believe they will show much interest in this project and we will implement one of the best projects”, Kakha Kaladze said.

The project implementation will be finished in about 4 years.
