Solomon Pavliashvili Meets with CEO of South Korea’s Leading Logistics Company HERMES-LOGIX

During his working visit to the Republic of Korea, Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Solomon Pavliashvili met with Suk-Ho Lee, the CEO of HERMES-LOGIX, one of the country's largest logistics companies.

Founded in 1995, HERMES-LOGIX operates nationwide, offering extensive warehouse space, a diverse fleet of transport vehicles, and comprehensive warehousing and logistics services from and to any location in the world.

“During the meeting, we discussed opportunities for providing logistics services to Georgian wine companies. The company presented detailed information on its tariffs and exclusive offers. We agreed to continue working on future partnership prospects,” stated Solomon Pavliashvili.

Also attending the meeting were Georgia’s Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, Tarash Papaskua, and Deputy Chairman of the National Wine Agency, Zurab Vacharadze.

As part of the visit, the Georgian delegation toured the company’s main warehouse in Yongin. Spanning four hectares, the facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and systems.

Deputy Minister Pavliashvili is currently attending the “Seoul Wine and Spirits Expo 2025” and holding a series of meetings with representatives from the commercial and wine industries. Discussions focus on enhancing the export potential of Georgian agricultural products—especially wine—in the South Korean market.
