Sericulture can be Developed in Georgia

Sericulturalist Nargiz Baramidze notes, that currently, the funding project of sericulture development occurs with the initiative of Ministry of Agriculture.

"We are making a project together with the Ministry of Agriculture, so as to finance the sericulture. There are only outlines so far, hence I can't say, how it will proceed, perhaps there are some positive processes."

This matter is the prerogative of the Ministry of Agriculture, but if this process improves, it should be implemented on the basis of negotiations with Ministry of Economy.
