Retail Group to Offer Benefits to Fully Vaccinated Employees

Retail Group Georgia will offer benefits to fully vaccinated employees. The company represents  brands in the Georgian market such as "Zara", "Marx & Spencer", "Bershka", "Massimo Dutti", "Pull & Bear", "Stradivarius", etc.

According to the director of Retail Group Georgia, Revaz Magalashvili, each member of the management was fully vaccinated. They launched an informational campaign for 700 employees to encourage them to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

"The attitude of the group towards vaccination did not differ much from the general picture in the country, so to set an example for the employees, we all got vaccinated in the management.

We conducted a case study, with which we identified the problem source - the lack of information. Many of our employees had questions they did not know answers to, so we decided to inform them. We contacted the immunologist, Bidzina Kulumbegovi, who gladly accepted our offer, and we organized a one-hour video conference with our staff, where each employee's question was answered.
