I look forward to continuing to guide complex projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, to ensure they bring significant value to our clients and the firm.”

Eto Iosebidze, Director of Tax Reporting and Strategic Services

With over 20 years of experience in the finance sector, Eto has held leadership roles in both banking and manufacturing before joining PwC Georgia in 2015. “I’m grateful for this opportunity and for the support of the entire PwC Georgia team,” Eto said. “Together with my team, we will continue to provide high-quality services to our clients and further strengthen PwC’s reputation in the region.”

Ben Petersen, Director of Transfer Pricing

Ben Petersen, an expert with more than 13 years of international experience in transfer pricing, has been promoted to Director. He is known for advising multinational corporations on transfer pricing disputes and is committed to advancing the firm’s capabilities in this field.
