PwC Georgia Appoints Three New Directors
PwC Georgia has announced the promotion of three new directors, effective from September 1: Nana Chchobadze, Eto Iosebidze, and Ben Petersen. Each brings extensive experience in serving both local and regional clients. The company shared the news about these significant personnel changes.
Nana Chchobadze, Director of Trust Transactions and Transaction Services
Nana leads PwC Georgia’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services, bringing 16 years of experience and expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). She has played a key role in establishing PwC Georgia’s accounting consulting services. Nana is a certified auditor and a professional accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Accounting.
“I’m honored to take on this responsibility,” Nana shared. “This promotion reflects the efforts of everyone who has supported me throughout my career. I look forward to continuing to guide complex projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, to ensure they bring significant value to our clients and the firm.”
Eto Iosebidze, Director of Tax Reporting and Strategic Services
With over 20 years of experience in the finance sector, Eto has held leadership roles in both banking and manufacturing before joining PwC Georgia in 2015. Since then, she has helped build the firm’s Tax Reporting and Strategic Services (TRS) practice. Her work includes overseeing accounting, payroll, and tax compliance for a wide range of industries.

Ben Petersen, Director of Transfer Pricing
Ben Petersen, an expert with more than 13 years of international experience in transfer pricing, has been promoted to Director. He is known for advising multinational corporations on transfer pricing disputes and is committed to advancing the firm’s capabilities in this field. Ben’s leadership helped establish OneEurasia, a unified transfer pricing team serving clients across the region.
“I’m excited to take on this role and contribute to the growth of our clients in Georgia and beyond,” Ben stated. “We aim to maintain high standards of service in transfer pricing, ensuring that businesses can access the best solutions.”
