Project of Temka Forest Park to Cost 34,5 Million GEL
In the tender announced by Tbilisi City Hall, which involved the development of a forest-park in Zgvisubani, only one company "NCC" made an offer.
The tender announced on August 19, was finished today.
The approximate cost of the project is 44,636,470 GEL, and according to the proposal submitted by NCC, they will be able to implement the project for 34,504,378 which is ten million less than the initial price.
NCC must finish the project no later than 760 calendar days after the entry into force of the contract.
