Prashant Shinde Appointed as a New Head of Plant of Shuakhevi HPP
Prashant Shinde has been appointed as the new Plant Head at Shuakhevi HPP. Mr. Shinde has been working on leading positions in Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power company for more than 15 years. He has years of experience in working on renewable energy projects such as hydro, solar and wind.
On different stages of his career, Mr. Shinde was responsible for project management of TATA Power solar projects with the capacity of 100 MW and above in Bangalore, as a head of engineers group, he was instrumental in setting up Reliability Centered Maintenance, Community of interest, IOT and advance analytics platforms in Tata power for 10 GW of Generation, Transmission & Distribution business in India. He has worked at 300 MW Bhira hydro power plant, which has 150 MW pumped storage unit and has experience on maintenance, operation, modernization & rehabilitation of Hydro Power plants.
