Plans of Handmade Headscarf Brand "Anapana"

Anapana is the legend about the ancestors of the goddess of beauty, who were crowned. This is where the brand name "Anapana" came from.

The founder of Anapana, Mariam Pridonishvili said, that she had worn a headscarf from childhood, which was transformed by her time to time, and came to the condition it is in now.

"When I was a dancer at Sukhishvilebi, Nino Sukhisvhili offered me to use Anapana for her project. I received a lot of criticism, but also Anapana became popular. This gave me a chance to not give up. It has been 1 year since the headscarves are on sale. This is pretty hard construction, which is arranged directly on the head. There is a person who helps me to do this, each of the headscarves needs 2 days to finally be ready to sell, and each of them has its own legend.", noted Mariam Pridonishvili.

Anapana is sold via Facebook and Instagram platforms, which promoted adapting to pandemic circumstances.

It is also worth mentioning that Anapana was sold not only in Georgia, but also in Los Angeles, New York, and Berlin.

"We started to make new headscarves, which have a different form and are visually close to Georgian hat. The collection named "Argani" is already on sale. Currently, the negotiations are underway and soon our products will be presented in one of the well-known conceptual stores, where the production of Georgian designers is purchased. It is also planned to do an exhibition for blind people, which will be multi-faceted and will display my works, but I can not specify what details it will be. Our future plans involve opening a concept store, where apart from Anapanas, I will present my costumes, drawings, and various works.", noted the founder of Anapana.
