Pearl of Sea Hotel & Spa is for Sale at Auction
In Kobuleti, "Pearl of sea hotel & spa" is being sold at auction. Auction conditions are published on eauction.ge, according to which the starting price of the hotel is 11,500,000 GEL.
The facility is located in the first zone of the beach, it has 7-stores + minus floor and terrace, along with the swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and a spa.
The auction started on September 8th and will continue till October 7th.
