Panorama Group Acquires 38-Year-Old TV and Radio Company Rioni

TV company Rioni is entering a new era — Panorama Group has acquired the 38-year-old television and radio broadcaster. The information was released by Panorama Group.

“One of Kutaisi’s and the region’s most well-known broadcasters is beginning a complete renewal process. Under the management of Panorama Group, Rioni will undergo both technical and content transformation — infrastructure will be upgraded, new programs will be launched, and regional journalism will be strengthened.
