Opening of Hilton in Tbilisi has been Postponed for 1 year

The opening of the Hilton Hotel in Tbilisi has been postponed due to COVID-19. Lasha Papashvili, the founder of Redix, talks to Business Partner about the damage caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.

"The damage is quite large. 40-50% of our businesses work in the field of tourism. We had to close 3 hotels. We couldn't open Hilton either. It was the biggest out of other hotels and unfortunately we had to shut it down days before the opening. Its opening was postponed for at least 1 year. The total investment cost of this project is $ 40 million, ”Papashvili said.

Hilton Garden Inn is located on Chavchavadze. According to the project, the complex combines 160 rooms in a four-star hotel. The hotel will have a spa center and a restaurant. There will be a swimming pool on the upper floor.

The living part of CH64 is built with the concept of "Smart House".

The complex has an underground car parking for 280 cars.
