Opening dates for the 5-star Marriott Brand, Luxury Collection on Cape Verde are unknown.

According to the "Georgian Tourism Development Fund" which is part of the co-investment fund implementing the project, the construction and opening dates have been changed due to the epidemic situation.

"The challenges in the world market affected us significantly, which is why we had to change the deadlines for the opening of projects. Currently, work is being done in the direction of refining the concept of the projects, the deadlines for the completion of the project will depend on the pace of restoration of international tourist flows.", noted the "Georgian Tourism Development Fund".

The 120-room hotel will have a spa, pool, fitness center, restaurant, lounge bar, tennis, football, and basketball courts, children's recreation area, and additional spaces for business meetings and conferences.

The total cost of the project is 70 million dollars.
