Online Hackathon of Young Entrepreneurs to Prevent Coronavirus from Spreading
For Preventing COVID-19 from spreading, it is significant to encourage innovational business ideas and decisions.
For mobilizing young production potential, Crystal Fund organizes online Hackathon supported by the microfinance organization Crystal, USAID Yes Georgia. Crystal also is collaborated with NCDC.
The goal of Hackathon is to promote generating efficient business ideas of young entrepreneurs and implementing their ideas. For funding these business startups, crystal marks out special fund for startups involving 50,000 GEL.
Online Hackathon "YES Hackathon Contain COVID-19" will be held on March 28-29, for 48 hours.
The deadline for presenting a business idea is March 24th, 23:59 p.m.
The chosen teams will be revealed on March 26th. During the hackathon, participants' mentors will be experienced experts in this field. Session of pitching will be held on Sunday, March 29th. As a result, the winner ideas/teams will be revealed.
The whole process of the hackathon and pitching session will be held online.
In the description of business ideas, participants must clearly define their protection plan of mandatory rules due to coronavirus outbreak.
