Oda Completes its Project with New Concept in October

The developer company founded during a pandemic, Oda will finish its new project in October of 2021.

As the head of sales and marketing, Nino Kesanashvili mentioned, the project is implemented in Tbilisi, in Saburtalo district, on Irakli Gamrekeli street, 35a.

According to her, this place is special since this street is quiet and cozy for Saburtalo. It is distinguished by its history, where exhibitions were held because the main part of the population here were artists.

"Oda is a wooden house, which was built by our ancestors in the different regions of Georgia. One-storey Oda stood on stone or wooden poles."

Its characteristics became the reason why Oda decided to create such a project.

"We covered the facade with burnt wood, which emphasizes the architecture and awakens the old history of modern era. We also created a unique product and incorporated fireplace chimneys into homes to bring the warmth and coziness to life in our very first project."

As for the future goals, Oda plans to implement two additional projects, however, the details are not revealed yet.
