Noka Baindurashvili has been appointed as the new CEO of ALTA LLC and ALTA Retail LLC, replacing Kakha Chovelidze in this position. Prior to her appointment, Baindurashvili served as the company’s Marketing and Sales Director.
She announced the news on her personal Facebook page, expressing gratitude for the opportunity.
"I would like to sincerely thank the best team of ALTA, especially Mr. Kakha Chovelidze, for the trust and the opportunity to work as the CEO of ALTA. This challenge is a great honor for me, as well as a significant responsibility," Baindurashvili wrote.
Her promotion marks a new chapter for ALTA, a prominent company in Georgia’s retail and technology sector.
