Nika Manjgaladze: Easing curfew Increased the Workload of Restaurants to 15%
Nika Manjgaladze, General Manager of TravelShop and founder of the restaurant "Z 10", positively assesses the decision of the state to move curfew to 23:00 and says that this has already had some impact on the restaurant business.
Evaluating the latest decisions of the Coordination Council with BM.GE, the representative of the tourism industry notes that the easing of restrictions on some foreign visitors will take effect in about a week.
"The shift of the curfew has already changed the situation in the case of the restaurant business. In the evening, customers are already actively booking tables. If due to restrictions those who worked until evening could not come to the restaurant, now they book tables, which increased the workload of the restaurant by at least 15%.
As for international tourism, this information is already spread among foreigners and we are waiting for feedback so far,''said Nika Manjgaladze at Bm.ge.
The General Manager of TravelShop also names the directions from which the travel company actively hosts guests today.
"We have lots of reservations from Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russia," said TravelShop General Manager.
Nika Manjgaladze views the summer season positively and notes that in parallel with the increase in the number of foreign travelers, the cost of accommodation at the seaside and in hotels in general has begun to increase.
