New Vegan Cafe SEED Opened in Tbilisi

With the support of TBC program "Startup", a new vegan cafe - SEED was recently opened at 24 G. Tabidze Street in Tbilisi, which is a unique place for lovers of healthy and delicious food, a pleasant environment and discovering new tastes.

The uniqueness of SEED lies in the fact that in addition to tasting delicious dishes, it also has an educational function - here the founders inform the guests in detail about the history of the creation of each dish and the principles of its preparation.

"Health, in our perception, is much more than just a specific type of diet or exercise. This is the whole lifestyle. Our main mission is to play a very small role in the transformation of human life. Let's show everyone that vegan cuisine is neither a substitute for any diet nor a competitor to any dish," said Lasha Kanchaveli, the founder of SEED.

The Seed menu is healthy, diverse and varied. Currently 6 people are united around the company. The goal of the team is to prepare and offer special dishes to customers.

The founders of SEED say they have big plans ahead. In the near future, the company will also appear on Glovo and Wolt, which will allow customers to taste vegan dishes without leaving home.
