New Residential and Business Complex is Under Construction in Tbilisi

In Tbilisi, the construction of a new multifunctional complex on the site of The Transcaucasian Military District, a former military district of the Soviet Armed Forces will begin by the end of the year.

As it is revealed, a new residential and business complex (which will include both commercial and office spaces) should be built on its place.

Three quarters of the building purchased by IG Development from TBC Bank has already been demolished. The building, located at University Street N2, has been out of order for years.

According to Sandro Togonidze, director of City Development, a subsidiary of IG Development, the company will most likely start sales by the end of the year.

The deadline for the completion of the new residential area is 2026.
