New Project of Alliance Group - Alliance Centropolis in Batumi

Developer company Alliance Group will open Alliance Centropolis at the end of 2024.

As the head of business development, Temo Bitsadze noted with BusinessPartner, the project is a unique regional hub, which enables investors to adapt to and become part of a global project.

Alliance Centropolis unites 5-star hotel and casino. The WTC exhibition center will also be situated here. The project also includes investment apartments, A-class business centers, and an A-class trading center.

According to Temo Bitsadze, negotiations with a 5-star international brand are already finished, perhaps, before signing the agreement, the company can not reveal the name.

At this moment, the total investment price of the project is $380 million, but the final price will be approximately $450-470 million. As Temo Bitsadze announced, the financial partner of the project is the Bank of Georgia. According to him, the project is planned to be completed by the end of 2024. The construction area is 410,000 square meters.
