Negotiations on Resumption of Tourist Traffic with Israel to be Postponed Until the End of July

"It is difficult to name the specific date because of coronavirus pandemic, but we hope, that Israel will quickly overcome epidemiological outbreaks and we will be able to return to the negotiations on resumption of tourist traffic with Israel.", declared Natia Turnava, who recently held a meeting with the Minister of Tourism of Israel, Asaf Zamir.

The Ministers discussed the matters of the current situation in terms of pandemic and assessed the prospects which exist in the field of tourist traffic between the two countries.

"We were pretty close to this decision, but recently the epidemiological situation in Israel has worsened. The Israeli government itself is really cautious.", noted Natia Turnava.
