Mzetamze Introduced Blue and Grape Pip Bread to the Market

Blue bread, garlic bread, grape pip bread and bread with dried black plums - this is the list of new types, which the company "Mzetamze" started to produce under the "Gemovani" brand.

The latest product appeared on the market at the end of December, and as Zviad Kharbedia, technical director of "Mzetamze", says, it was well received by customers.

"We started a new production, with a different direction, a different line, which is called bread saturated with different delicacies. We offered several types of completely exclusive to the customer, for example, blue bread, garlic bread... new types of bread are made by a method different from factory production, this is homemade bread, however, in the production process, we left our principles - absolutely healthy Georgian raw, healthy yeast", he added.

As he explains, they plan to develop a homemade line of bread in "Mzetamze" and to offer novelties to customers in the future, although they say that, like almost all sectors, they are also worried about the shortage of staff.

"We have a hard time finding personnel with professional habits and skills, therefore, we are open to completely inexperienced people who need a job and we try to teach them everything," added the technical director of "Mzetamze".

For information, at this stage, more than 20 people are employed in "Mzetamze" enterprise.
