Multifunctional Complex to Build in Mtskheta
Wine factory, wine museum, and hotel - Samepo Marani will be built as part of a multifunctional complex in Mtskheta.
The author of the project, the company Studia 9 reckons, that construction processes will be finished in 2022.
"In Mtskheta, in particular, Nareklavi, the building of the multifunctional complex is underway, where the vineyard is cultivated on 7 ha. This space will include a wine factory, wine museum, hotel, banquet hall, workshops, stores, conference halls - this will be a city, set up on 20,000 square meters.", declared the director of Studia 9, Zurab Tsiklauri.
