Michael Cowgill will replace Mamuka Khazaradze in the Supervisory Board of Anaklia Consortium

According to the Anaklia Development Consortium, Michael Cowgill, co-founder and president of the Georgian-American University (GAU), will replace Mamuka Khazaradze as chairman of the consortium's supervisory board.

According to a statement released by the Anaklia Development Consortium, Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze's resignation from the post of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board will start by the end of the month.

After completing the relevant corporate formalities regarding the appointment of candidates, Michael Cowgill will serve as the Chairman of the Anaklia Development Consortium Board, while Ted Jonas and Jean-Patrick Vuasa will be board members.
