Villa Godoli is one of the most luxurious hotels which includes 56 rooms and will be opened in Ruispiri. The total price of the investment is 15 million GEL.

Three hectares of the hotel territory includes cultivated vineyards. At this moment, 21 people are employed on the construction of the facility, however, their number will increase to 100 in three months.

The company "Villa Godoli" also builds high-class villas in this area.

"25 villas will be built here. This is the second part of the project and its completion is planned in 2022.", noted Giorgi Kochladze, director of Villa Godoli.

The price of the villas will be approximately $350,000 - $500,000.

"We hope, that the pandemic will be nearly ended by the end of the year. We can not suddenly return to the index of 2018-2019 in the tourism sector, indeed. However, it is worth mentioning, that there are very few green zones in the world, Georgia has succeeded and the name was established in our strategic markets. I am sure, that travelers will definitely take into account how the countries were able to manage the process in the conditions of the pandemic, and Georgia has a really good experience in this matter."

The company Spectrum was working on the design and facade of the hotel. They used the modern interpretation of the ethnic style. The materials are selected with its distinctive character of the region, as well as its modern interpretation. In particular, the tower is paved with cobblestones, and the details are made of vertical and horizontal bricks.

The proportions of balconies and arches correspond to the historical Kakhetian architectural proportions. As for the windows, they are very accentuated and are formed with characteristic cornices and frames which are typical for the Kakheti region.

The hotel belongs to green projects. Eco warm means are used during building processes. We also plan to have only ecological transport which will operate on the territory of the hotel.

Villa Godoli is involved in the cashback program of EBRD, as well as the EU program, which encourages implementing green projects in Georgia and is oriented on less CO2 emissions into the air.
