Le Méridien Batumi to Receive Guests from June 15

Le Méridien Batumi will be able to receive guests from June 15th.

The 5-star hotel in the Marriott group is ready to host international and local visitors from July 1st.

As for safety, the Marriott network has redefined the sorting and cleaning standards that are mandatory for all hotels. 

„Hand disinfection fluids will be placed at the entrances, receptions, elevators, and common areas. There will be special markers in public places to remind guests about social distancing. Disinfection of various types of surfaces with a medical solution will be added to our protocol. Disinfectant wipes will be placed in each room. Marriott will also use the technologies, such as: electrostatic spray, which will be used to disinfect surfaces throughout the hotel."  

Katia Absandze, head of the marketing department at Le Méridien Batum, noted that personnel has the training according to international guidelines.

Le Méridien Batumi was opened a few months ago. The hotel is located in the tallest building in the Caucasus, Batumi Tower, and offers guests 105 rooms with different categories. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, spa center, several restaurants, lounge, and conference halls.

Katia Absandze also stated that Le Méridien Batumi will create a new standard in the region with high-quality service and interior design.

 "On the 2nd floor, there is a lounge, where guests will taste exclusive cocktails made under the brand "Le Méridien". In the Georgian-French restaurant on the first floor, the original interior and distinctive menu await for them."
