Kobuleti Multifunctional Complex "Green City" Building to be Planned

Assembly of Kobuleti Municipality confirmed the project of building up multifunctional complex "Green City". According to the plan, 70 percent of the complex territory will be occupied by recreational zone.

The company "Green Resort" plans to begin the building process of the first villa in the near future. Mentioned Villa will fulfill the function of showroom and local office of the company. It is also planned to begin building processes of complex's inner road.

The project is fully financed by European capital. This investment ensures Adjara to become four seasonal resort.

In the project of "Green City", golf and soccer stadiums, tennis courts, swimming pools, and recreational zones are taken into account. Also, the project envisages building hotel consisted of 250 rooms, one of the biggest spa centres in Europe, parking place for 500 automobiles and helicopter landing pad.

Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building materials are used in constructing the Green Resort. The territory will be equipped with contemporary technologies, such as charging stations and solar panels.
