Kalakuri Plans to Launch a Second Enterprise in Tserovani

The company Kalakuri producing nuts and snacks on the local market plans to build a second factory in Tserovani.

According to the founder of the company, Murad Ghoghadze, the construction of the second enterprise will allow the company to expand its assortment. They plan to produce Churchkhelas, jams, and natural juices. 

The total amount of investment is 2-3 million GEL. As it is estimated, productivity through new state-of-the-art machinery will increase by about 60% initially. The current enterprise which is also located in Tserovani will process nearly 200 tons of hazelnuts a year and 80-100 tons of dried fruits.

Kalakuri appeared on the market in 2007.
