Kalakuri Plans to Export its Production

Nuts and snacks manufacturer company "Kalakuri" plans to export its production by the end of the year.

According to the founder of the company, Murad Ghoghadze, Russia's invasion in Ukraine hindered company's plans.

"We would already have introduced ourselves on the Ukrainian market if the war did not start. This is now postponed. We plan to start negotiations with Russia and several other countries. We are studying the markets there at the moment."

The plant of Kalakuri is located in Tserovani, which processes up to 200 tons of nuts, and approximately 80-100 tons of dried fruit.

Kalakuri have been operating on the local market since 2007.
