Ibis Styles and Novotel Living Hotels to be Opened in Batumi

2 international brands of hotels will be presented in Batumi.

AR-Meridian already succeeded in negotiations conducting with Ibis Style and Novotel Living.

At this moment, they formed a 20-year agreement with Ibis Style. AR-Meridian and Novotel living will sign the contract in three months according to the memorandum.

As it appeared, protracting the building process is provoked by negotiations holding with successful brands. Full revision of the project became inevitable. They reviewed functional loading of the hotels and demarcated business and visitors specifics. As a result, they will present business segment in the hotel accommodating 120 rooms. They planned to set up appropriate infrastructure, such as big and small conference halls, co-working space, etc. The second hotel, which includes 101 rooms, provides visitors with a spa, indoor swimming pool, restaurant, event terrace, etc. The changes are also demonstrated in the construction part. 

The complex includes 220 room hotel, more than 600 apartments, casino, conference hall, sport and wellness center. They will situate recreational zone on 13,000 m2, such as parking lot and restaurants. 

Investor plans to fund the project with $30 million and to have 300 employees.
