Hyatt Regency Tbilisi to Open on Rustaveli Avenue in 2023

Hyatt Regency Tbilisi will be opened on Rustaveli Avenue in 2023.

This causes people to drain from the city center to the suburbs. Therefore, the demand for suburbs and private homes may increase even more. With this in mind, the structure of tourism is changing.

Hyatt Regency Tbilisi is oriented not on tourism, but on business. According to this, we observe and study these tendencies. Currently, the project planning is underway.", noted Mindia Gadaevi, director of Rustaveli Property.

Up to $ 60 million will be invested in the Hyatt Regency Tbilisi project. The hotel will have a total of 180 rooms.
