Hualing Group to Invest $ 15 Million Close to Tbilisi Sea

The Hualing Group intends to build a school and a kindergarten on the Tbilisi Sea's land, close to the Hotel Hualing Preference.

According to Hualing Group, the primary and secondary school, as well as a kindergarten, will be built on a 22,000-square-meter plot of land on which the investor company plans to spend $ 15 million.

At this time, designers are working on the building. In early 2022, Huailing will submit the required project to the Tbilisi City Hall for a construction permission

The business is also considering building a residential complex near the school with underground parking.
