How to Build the Best Customer Service During Pandemic - Panel Discussion
On 9 February, Slack Platform Community: Tbilisi will organise an online meetup for Georgians, where representatives of different local companies will discuss the best methods and tools for high quality customer care.
Client should be a central topic for each and every company. And in the time when everything is digitised, businesses move online, we still need to remember that we are serving humans, and try to make them feel comfortable at every point.
Therefore, the local chapter of a global Slack Platform Community has invited representatives of different Georgian companies to discuss and share how they keep their service high and what tools they use for it, so as other business owners could learn from them and follow their practice.
Speakers are coming from companies like Adjara Group, GMT Group, Medical Wellness Resort Bioli, Wine Junkies / Trails and Wines.
The result of this meetup should be the written and agreed guidelines for customer service in Georgia, that will be shared publicly.
There will also be a short intro about the Georgian wine history, Q/A session with the speakers, presentations of Terminal residents, and music. The meetup is pretty informal, but the organisers believe it will be useful to the attendees.
Registration is free, the meetup is in English, later Georgian subtitles will be added to the recording of the event. Anyone interested can register and join the event on this website:
