Hotel Complex Lopota Plans to Expand its Business

According to the company, expanding means adding additional 135 hotel rooms, and bowling alley, brewery, billiards, fish restaurant, jazz club, aquapark, and 6 tennis and basketball courts arranged with the international standards.

Within the frameworks of the development plan in 2019, a wine chateau was added to the hotel complex. The full investment of a project was 6 million GEL.

In 2019, Lopota received an income of 21,55 million GEL, in 2018 - 15,4 million GEL. The average occupancy of hotel rooms was 59,9%.

Currently, the hotel complex built around a natural lake includes 186 rooms, which are situated in 14 buildings. Its territory also involves open and indoor swimming pools, fitness center, different types of restaurants, bars, mini-golf course, etc.
