Giorgi Abashishvili to Head the Business Research House at Chamber of Commerce and Industry
The Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) has founded the Business Research House. The so-called Think Tank will be led by Giorgi Abashishvili, doctor in Business Administration and the national advisor of the UN Department for Economic and Social Affairs.
As noted by Giorgi Abashishvili, the House will work on shaping pro-business strategies and it will also analyze factors affecting business processes, develop business support recommendations for the Government of Georgia.
„The mission of the House is to conduct business research works, analyze the policy, ongoing developments and tackle challenges in the light of business process, shape research-based positions and lobby them, upgrade public awareness in terms of economic and financial aspects through public discussions, conferences and other activities. We will actively cooperate with universities and academic circles”, Giorgi Abashishvili noted.
The House will shape a board in the near future to determine key directions of the Think Tank, Giorgi Abashishvili said.
