Get vaccinated, Insure Life! - “GPI Holding” has Started a Campaign to Encourage Employees to Get Vaccinated

“GPI Holding” has launched a vaccination campaign in the company called "Get vaccinated, Insure Life!" to protect the health and safety of employees and consumers. The goal of the campaign is to have at least 85% of GPI employees fully vaccinated by the end of the year.

In order to increase the awareness of the vaccination process, live question-and-answer sessions are held with the doctors, psychologists and healthcare experts working in Georgia and abroad. All employees are given the opportunity to ask interesting questions and get answers individually.

As part of the information campaign, employees are provided daily with information based on various reliable sources about vaccines and their usefulness. They are informed about the experience and statistical information of different countries, which allows them to make their own conclusions about the effectiveness of vaccination. With the help of internal communication platforms, employees have the opportunity to share experiences with each other and encourage everyone who has not been vaccinated yet.

An incentive lottery will also be held across the company, where 30 GPI employees, who are fully vaccinated by October 15, will win solid prizes.

Nino Khachapuridze, HR director of GPI holding: "Vaccination is the only way to end the pandemic. We would like to contribute to this great deed. First of all, of course, we started to popularize the vaccination process within our staff. At this stage, 50% of GPI employees are vaccinated, but our goal is to increase this number to at least 85% by the end of the year and become the safest insurance company. To reach this goal and convince as many colleagues as possible that vaccination is indeed necessary, we have ongoing active information and motivation campaign within the company. GPI holding employs 700 people and it is our greatest ambition that our campaign affects not only them personally, but also their family members and loved ones. At the same time, we plan to award the customers who have been vaccinated."

In GPI Holding they believe, that the only possible way to turn back to normal lifestyle and stabilize the economy, is to end the pandemic. The vaccination will significantly speed up this process. "Preventing the further spread of Covid-19 is one of our most important tasks and we are confident that our staff realizes the social responsibility that comes with the vaccination process as they help us achieve our common goal," the company said in the statement.
