Georgia’s Natural Juice Factory Exports to 40 Countries with Backing from Rural Development Agency

An organic juice factory, Georgias Natural, established with the support of the Rural Development Agency, is now exporting its products to over 40 countries, including Japan, the United States, the European Union, and several Arab states.

A total investment of ₾8 million was made to launch the factory, including ₾6.9 million in preferential agro-credit and ₾500,000 in grant co-financing. Located in Kvareli Municipality, the facility processes more than 3,000 tons of fruits and vegetables annually and provides permanent employment to 60 people.

Director of the Rural Development Agency Giorgi Darchia, together with Kakheti Region Governor Giorgi Aladashvili, visited the enterprise and highlighted its success.

“‘Georgias Natural’ is one of the standout beneficiaries of the Rural Development Agency’s support programs. It is particularly noteworthy that a state-supported enterprise now supplies premium-quality juices to some of the world’s most developed markets,” Darchia said.

The juice factory was co-financed under the Agency’s Processing and Storage Enterprises Program, which has supported the creation of 270 enterprises across Georgia with more than ₾126 million in funding.

The initiative is part of a broader effort by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture to boost rural employment, strengthen local agribusinesses, and expand Georgian exports to high-value international markets.
