Georgian Whiskey Jimsher to be Sold in U.S in August
Georgian Whiskey brand "Jimsher" has been already certified and will be sold in the United States of America at the end of August.
"We got permission and license. We successfully carried out every step of verification. Now, we hold negotiations with the company, which will export the product in the local market of America.", noted founder of the company, Jimi Chkhaidze.
"Jimsher" also entered the market of Ukraine, China, Kazakhstan, and Polland.
First Georgian Whiskey, "Jimsher" appeared in the market in early March 2017. In March 2018 Jimsher got rewarded by silver medal in "Best World Whisky" category by "International Whisky Competition".
Currently, three types of whiskey are made - traditional Saperavi in cask, Georgian brand in cask, and single malt Tsinandali.
