Georgian Sewing Factory to Manufacture Clothes for H&M, Next and S'Oliver
In Rustavi, the Georgian sewing factory Dharmatex will manufacture clothes for H&M, Next, and S'Oliver under the Made in Georgia label.
The company will hire around one hundred locals at the initial stage, and later this number will increase to 200-300 employees.
According to the founder of Dharmatex, Elizbar Lominadze, the total investment is 1.5 million GEL.
"Dharmatex will be focused on export and it will sew women's and men's clothes, as well as uniforms for well-known brands. The sewing factory was opened in Rustavi in November. The clothes will be sent to European countries such as Italy, Germany, France, England, etc. The project was financed within the framework of the Enterprise Georgia programme. It is a 100% Georgian investment, which was almost completely spent on equipment and working capital."
