Georgian Mushroom Company to Introduce Truffle-Infused Alcoholic Drink

Georgian Mushroom Company plans to introduce the truffle-infused alcoholic drink to the local market. 

"This year, during the season, a very large amount of truffles were found in nature, which made us decide to produce alcoholic drink with truffles. Currently, we pour 500-600 bottles for testing, and we have already found a partner who will bring the drink to the market. Our products have passed specific tests and received very high marks everywhere.", noted the founder of the company, Mikheil Samkharadze.

The drink is made with a unique recipe and it will be a novelty for the Georgian market. Half a liter of truffle-infused alcoholic drink will cost 60-70 GEL.

Georgian Mushroom Company receives different types of mushrooms from Imereti, Racha, Shida Kartli and Tianeti, supplies them to various restaurants.
